TERMS OF SERVICE – FIGHTERSCAMP

SECTION I – NATURE OF THE PLATFORM AND ACCESS

1.1. Purpose: The FIGHTERSCamp platform constitutes a closed, niche digital community intended for martial arts enthusiasts, practitioners, and professionals. The environment enables social interaction through the sharing of audiovisual content (videos) and private messaging, granting creators the option to monetize or distribute their materials free of charge.

1.2. Age Restriction and Verification: Registration and access by individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age is strictly prohibited. Access is actively monitored by proof-of-life and age estimation algorithms to prevent the enrollment of children and adolescents.

SECTION II – USER ACCOUNTS AND PROFILES

2.1. Standard Account (Observer/Buyer): Every new user joins with a basic profile, whose privileges are limited to viewing content, purchasing media, interacting with creators, and managing their "Collection" folder.

2.2. Content Creator Account (Creator): Conversion to Creator status is optional and subject to systemic approval, requiring: the submission of a real photograph of the face for biometric verification and the linking of a valid Bitcoin network wallet (or PIX registration, for Brazilians) for the monthly receipt of funds.

2.3. Visibility Management: Creators maintain strict control over their audience through the following tools:

  1. Region-Based Lock: Prevents the access and listing of content in specified geographic areas.
  2. Special Invite Follower: A bilateral exception that exempts the invited user from blocking rules.
  3. Special Share: Individual and direct release of content, whether monetized or not, regardless of geographic blocks.

SECTION III – FINANCIAL MODEL, TRANSACTIONS, AND CUSTODY

3.1. Pricing and Parity: Content is priced using the US Dollar (USD) as a reference, with settlement executed in microbitcoins (µBTC). The system constantly updates the BTC exchange rate to preserve the USD reference parity until the moment the payment is completed.

3.2. Distribution Cycles and Wallet Architecture: The distribution of funds to creators invariably occurs between the 2nd and 5th day of each month subsequent to the transactions. Since the operation requires the continuous receipt and accumulation of funds during the calendar month for subsequent distribution among creators, the platform does not create digital wallets randomly. Fund management is conducted through a single institutional wallet (for the respective asset network), from which, derived from a single central private key, individual public keys (addresses) are generated for the decentralized receipt of user payments.

3.3. Settlement and Default: Purchasing operations require immediate settlement. The user will be prevented from making new purchases for 72 hours until the transfer is effectively confirmed on the blockchain. Once validation is complete, the video is sent to the "Collection". Incorrect or fractional transfers do not guarantee access to the content and will be returned, less any network fees. The platform does not issue refunds for mistaken purchases.

3.4. PIX Transactions (Brazil): The use of PIX in Brazilian Reais (BRL) is permitted. The conversion of BRL earnings to BTC, for remittance purposes, will depend on the exchange rate effectively achieved by the platform at the close of the period, with the Creator acknowledging and assuming the risk of potentially unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations.

SECTION IV – CONTENT, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND INDEMNIFICATION (HOLD HARMLESS)

4.1. Rights and Licenses: The Creator attests to being the original owner or licensee of all copyrights incidental to the videos, assuming full responsibility for possessing the image authorization of all third-party participants. The platform does not require exclusivity of the materials, applying only a system-generated origin watermark.

4.2. Obligation to Indemnify (Hold Harmless): In the event of third-party claims for violation of intellectual property, image rights, or illicit practices, the platform will remove the content immediately. The Creator is obligated to defend and hold FIGHTERSCamp, its agents, and administrators entirely harmless, assuming the position of defendant in any potential litigation and bearing full and regressive liability for all costs, damages, and attorney's fees.

4.3. Collection Folder and Media Deletion: Purchased or favorited videos reside in the "Collection" folder. If the Creator deletes the original media, it will remain available exclusively in existing Collections for an additional 30 (thirty) consecutive days. Inactive media (without views or monetization) for over 12 (twelve) months will be automatically deleted.

SECTION V – MODERATION, GUIDELINES, AND PENALTIES

5.1. Rules of Conduct and Compliance: Violation of criminal law (e.g., pedophilia, bestiality, real torture, hate speech, racism) will result in the summary ban of the profile, extending to the immediate deletion of all its content, including from the "Collection" folders of third parties.

5.2. Sensitive Content and Violence: In highly realistic content involving violence, the technical inclusion of a closing vignette unequivocally demonstrating consensus and mutual respect/friendship among the participants is required. The absence thereof will result in classification as "real violence," subject to a ban.

5.3. Sanctions and Retention: Upon confirmation of an infraction or financial circumvention (concealment/money laundering), FIGHTERSCamp reserves the unilateral right to ban the account. The remaining balance of the offender will be retained and allocated to the platform's own security and technical improvement fund.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

SECTION I – GENERAL GUIDELINES AND CONTROLLERSHIP

1.1. Scope and Commitment: This Policy governs the processing of personal data by FIGHTERSCamp, acting as the Data Controller. Our fundamental principle is the privacy and protection of a closed community. No data, profile, or video hosted on the platform is exposed to the open internet (external indexers) or commercialized with third parties.

SECTION II – COLLECTION AND NATURE OF PROCESSED DATA

2.1. Sensitive Biometric Data: To ensure platform integrity and rigorous age control (+18), we collect and process the real face image of the user (facial recognition/proof of life).

  1. Exclusive Purpose: This sensitive data is used solely and exclusively for age estimation, gender cross-referencing, and random systemic audits that prevent identity fraud, the creation of multiple accounts, or the return of banned users.
  2. Consent: By applying for a Creator profile and submitting their image, the user manifests their explicit and prominent consent for this specific processing.

2.2. Financial Data: We solely store public cryptographic receiving keys. The platform does not collect passwords, private keys of external wallets, or credit card data.

2.3. Use of Cookies: The system employs exclusively strictly necessary cookies for login authentication (session maintenance) and technical identifiers from Google Analytics for global access metrics, without individualization of traffic.

SECTION III – GEOLOCATION PROCESSING

3.1. Coordinate Truncation (Partial Anonymization): FIGHTERSCamp adopts a rigorous policy of geographic obfuscation through mathematical truncation to ensure the right to a "Region-Based Lock" without exposing the exact location of the individual:

  1. If the user authorizes the device's GPS, the coordinates will be truncated at the sixth decimal place, inserting a technical inaccuracy of a ± 700-meter radius.
  2. If geolocation is estimated by network infrastructure, truncation will occur at the third decimal place, resulting in an inaccuracy margin of a ± 2-kilometer radius.
  3. No History: The platform only retains the last processed data (in real-time) per device. No tracking log is saved on our servers.

SECTION IV – SHARING AND SEARCH ALGORITHMS

4.1. Prohibition of External Sharing: FIGHTERSCamp does not share email addresses, metadata, consumption reports, or financial keys with third-party companies, commercial partners, or external ad networks.

4.2. Algorithmic Neutrality: The system does not utilize behavioral prediction algorithms or addictive content promotion for users. Search listings strictly adhere to organic criteria defined by the user: total number of views, chronology (date of insertion), and quantitative volume of material purchases.

SECTION V – DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS AND DATA RETENTION

5.1. Guaranteed Rights: In compliance with applicable data protection laws (such as LGPD and GDPR, where applicable), the user is guaranteed the right to request confirmation, correction, review, or complete deletion of their personal data through the official Support channel.

5.2. Retention and Disposal: Voluntary cancellation of the profile will result in the systematic deletion of the registration data associated with the account. However, due to legal and regulatory obligations and protection against financial fraud, information associated with transactions and ban keys may be retained in an isolated database for the legal period corresponding to each jurisdiction. In the event of account deletion, any financial balance must be redeemed in advance by the user, under penalty of forfeiture.
