FIGHTERSCamp

The FIGHTERSCamp platform is a community geared toward men interested in martial arts, fighting, and fighters, whether they practice these activities or not. Social interactions take place through video sharing and private messages among members, giving content creators the opportunity to monetize their videos or simply distribute them for free through the platform.
Registration on the platform is prohibited for anyone under 18.
All sign-ups will receive an "observer/buyer" account as their initial profile, with features limited to viewing created content, communicating with creators, and payment mechanisms, as well as collecting favorite videos. Members can optionally upgrade their accounts to content creator accounts, which offer more interaction features and tools to manage their own content within the platform with greater freedom. To become a creator account, users must submit a profile photo of their real face, a presentation and description, and finally, a valid Bitcoin wallet key to receive earnings, so that the payment balance can be closed monthly and distributed to creators.
Content creators receive a Region-Based Lock feature, which prevents users from accessing their content, directly or indirectly, from viewing their content. To bypass these viewing restrictions, a Special Invite Follower feature is provided, which allows these restrictions to be waived and allows these followers to access all of the follower's content. Creators also receive a Special Share feature, which allows them to share content freely and individually with anyone they choose, regardless of the blocking rules.
For videos with participants, the region-based restrictions will apply to the entire set of restrictions indicated by all participants.
Videos purchased, shared, and selected as interesting will be stored in the Collection folder and will remain visible at all times, even if the creator changes their status or viewing criteria.
Any content removal request will be implemented immediately for those who do not have it in the Collection folder, but it will remain visible in that folder for an additional 30 consecutive days before being removed.
Value distributions will be made to creators automatically, sending Bitcoins to the registered receiving keys, always at the beginning of each month. The FIGHTERSCamp organization is not responsible for incorrectly entered keys or any other technical issues.
The platform's operation is entirely focused on the movement of Bitcoin funds. However, all videos use USD as the reference price until payment is made, with BTC values constantly updated to maintain parity with the USD. Once a purchase is made, its BTC values will be fixed until it is transferred to the creator. This way, the platform leaves all users completely free to manage Bitcoin exchange rate fluctuations.
All payment requests must be completed immediately, with no possibility of delay. From the moment a purchase is made until completion, the platform will not allow the user to make any further purchases for up to 72 hours, at which point the invoice will be automatically deleted.
Bitcoin transactions can take some time, though not immediately, to take effect. Until the transfer is completed, the purchased content will be blocked, with constant system checks to verify the transfer. Once completed, the video will automatically be sent to the Collection folder.
The platform does not issue refunds for amounts paid, nor is it responsible for incorrect transfers or mistaken purchases, nor is it responsible for technological issues related to Bitcoin transfers.
Creators are responsible for proving their copyright to the videos and the authorization of third parties who appear in or participated in the footage.
Sharing content that is clearly criminal under Brazilian law is prohibited on the platform, and the person responsible for the content will be immediately banned from the platform, potentially losing any remaining BTC from the last transfer.
Videos in which the banned user participated, but who is not the owner, will be maintained, as will their participation. However, all financial gains from their participation will be returned to the platform itself, with the purpose of investing in improvements and tools to prevent future occurrences of this type.
The platform adopts participatory criteria shared with users to manage all illegal content. Any report filed is forwarded to the platform's administration, which analyzes whether it is undeniably illegal or questionable. If deemed illegal, the content will be banned immediately, as will all content from the same creator and their profile. If the report is questionable or inappropriate, it will be considered only by the administration, resulting in penalties that will reduce the number of actual views, pushing the content further down in search rankings. penalties reducing the number of actual views, placing the content lower and lower in search lists.
Among the illegal content covered by Brazilian law, some unquestionably prohibited content stands out: exposure of children and adolescents, bestiality, real violence, real torture, hate speech or intolerance toward any group, insults, slander or defamation, and gambling.
In highly realistic situations involving violence or naturally more violent interactions, all participants must conclude with a vignette demonstrating consent and a relationship of respect and friendship between all. Otherwise, the content will be considered real violence.
The platform does not require exclusivity of the content shared by creators. Only a watermark will be inserted into each video to indicate the source in case of possible loss of content from the platform.
The platform itself does not expose any content or profile to the external internet public, nor does it share it or any other data with third parties.
Videos that haven't been viewed for a year or more and aren't monetized will be automatically deleted.
Content creators have complete creative freedom, as long as they stay within the community's theme.

All videos are priced in USD but sold in µBTC; the reference value always remains in USD.
The app automatically updates the µBTC values to maintain the USD reference.
Once payment is made, the amount received in BTC will be maintained until the funds are distributed to creators.
Between the first and fifth days of each month, the BTC receiving key change will be inactive for all processing and distribution of funds to creators; changes to the receiving key must always be made within the remaining days.
The platform is not responsible for any incorrect key provision or technical issues during order execution on the blockchain, and therefore, lost funds will not be refunded.
Earnings will be distributed to creators between the 2nd and 5th of each month.
All purchases must be settled immediately; otherwise, the user will be blocked for 72 hours, preventing them from making further purchases.
Until the BTC transfer is fully processed, purchased videos will not be available. The system itself performs periodic checks to verify that the transfer was successful.
After the transfer is complete, purchased videos will be available in the "Collection" folder, and the new payment feature will be reactivated.
Amounts received that significantly differ from the amounts of purchased videos or that were only partially paid within 72 hours will be redirected to the user's wallet, and the videos will not be available.
To serve the Brazilian public and seek to integrate them more deeply into the martial arts environment, the country's electronic payment method, PIX, will also be used.
All payments via PIX will be made in local currency (BRL) and, once processed by the system, will be distributed to creators in BRL.
Until the end of the period, we will seek the best exchange rate for Bitcoins to convert to BRL, and this goal may or may not be achieved.
After the period's results are finalized and the volume of BRL converted to BTC is disclosed, the effective conversion rate to be used to convert creators' earnings from BRL to BTC will be calculated.
All creators understand that this attempt to manage exchange rates may ultimately result in unfavorable results and accept these consequences.
In case where there are amounts in the user's wallet able to pay the purchase, the system will adopt them to the payment.
The monthly pay outs consider only the earnings from the sales and the donatios. The amounts in the wallet related to deposits should be used either to purchases or to donations.

Undeniably engaging in illegal practices under Brazilian law will result in the ban not only of the reported video, but also of its owner's profile and all of its content. Any financial gains related to the banned profile will be returned to the platform itself for investment and security improvements.
If the illegal practice is debatable, a penalty of reducing the number of views will be applied to lower the content's search results, but this will not result in a ban.
Extremely realistic videos, without any insertions demonstrating consensus and friendship among the participants, will be considered content depicting real violence and, therefore, will be punished with a ban.
Users who use the platform as a means of disseminating hate speech, or who exhibit antisocial, discriminatory, homophobic or racist behavior, will have their profiles and videos banned.
Users who use Bitcoin wallet management facilities to carry out suspicious actions involving large-scale concealment and redistribution of funds will be banned.
