The FIGHTERSCamp platform is a community aimed at a male audience interested in martial arts, fights and fighters; whether or not they practice these activities. In it, social interactions take place through the sharing of videos and private messages between members, providing everyone who creates content with the possibility of monetizing their videos or simply distributing them freely across the platform.
It is prohibited for people under 18 year-old register on the platform.
Everyone who signs up will receive an “observer/buyer” account as their initial profile, with only resources for viewing the content created, communicating with its creators and payment mechanisms and collecting favorite videos. By own free choice, members will be able to transform their accounts into content creator accounts, which have more interaction resources and also tools to manage their own content within the platform with greater freedom. In order to an account to be transformed into a creator account, it is mandatory to send a profile image of the true face, a presentation and description and, finally, a valid Bitcoin wallet key to receive amounts of earnings, so that the balance of payments can be closed monthly and distributed to creators.
Content creators are given the region Blocking tool, which allows users whose access comes from those regions to not directly or indirectly view the content. To break such viewing restrictions, a Special Follower Invitation tool is provided, which allows the restrictions not to be applied and these followers to have access to all the content of the follower. The creator is also given a Special Sharing tool that allows them to deliver content free of charge and individually to whoever they want, regardless of blocking rules.
For videos with participants, region restriction rules will be applied to the entire set of restrictions indicated by all participants.
Videos purchased, shared and chosen of interest will be stored in the Collection folder and will always be visible there even if the creator changes status or viewing criteria.
Any request to remove content will be implemented immediately for those who do not have the content in the Collection folder, but it will still be visible in that folder for another 30 consecutive days before the actual removal.
The value distributions will be made to creators automatically by sending Bitcoins to the registered receipt keys, this always occurring at the beginning of every month. The plantform is not responsable by wrong informed keys or any other thechnical issue.
The platform's operation is entirely oriented towards the movement of values in Bitcoins, however all videos have the USD currency as a reference for their price until the moment they are paid, with the values in BTCs being constantly updated to maintain the USD parity . Once the purchase is made, its BTC values will be fixed until it is transferred to the creator. In this way, the platform leaves all users completely free to manage Bitcoin's exchange rate fluctuations.
Every payment request must be completed immediately, without any possibility of postponement. From purchase to completion, the platform will not allow the user to make any other purchase within a period of up to 72 hours, when the invoice created will be automatically deleted.
Operations in Bitcoins may take a certain period of time that is not so immediate to take effect. Until the transfer takes place, the purchased content will be blocked, with constant system queries to prove the transfer. Once completed, the video will automatically be delivered to the Collection folder.
The platform does not refund amounts paid or is even responsible for the wrong sending of amounts or wrong purchases, nor is it responsible for technological problems related to Bitcoin transfers.
Creators assume the responsibility of proving their copyright on the videos and the authorization of third parties who appear in the filming or have participated in it.
Sharing content that is indisputably criminal according to Brazilian legislation is prohibited on the platform, with the person responsible for the content being immediately banned from the platform and being loosing with possible amounts of BTC remaining since the last transfer.
Video where there is participation by the banned user, but he is not the owner, will be maintained as well as his participation. However, all financial gains from your participation will be returned to the platform itself for the purpose of investing in improvements and tools to prevent new occurrences of this type.
The platform adopts participatory and shared criteria with users to manage all illegal content. Any report made is passed on to the platform's administration, which analyzes whether it is indisputably illicit or questionable content. If considered illegal, the content will be banned immediately, as will all content from the same creator and their profile. If the report is questionable or inappropriate, it will only be considered by the administration, which will result in penalties reducing the number of actual views, placing the content lower and lower in search lists.
Among any illegal content according to Brazilian legislation, it is worth highlighting some of the unquestionably prohibited content: exposure of children and adolescents, zoophilia, real violence, real torture, hate speech or intolerance towards any group, offenses , insults, slander or defamation, bets.
In situations of great realism in situations of violence or naturally more violent interactions, it is mandatory that all participants end with a vignette demonstrating consent and a relationship of respect and friendship between all. Otherwise, the content will be considered true violence.
The platform does not require exclusivity of content shared by creators. Only a watermark will be inserted into each video to indicate the origin of the source in case of possible loss of content from the platform.
The platform itself does not expose any content or profile to the external internet audience, nor does it share them or any other data with third parties. The individual conduct of any user in the loss of content from the platform will be penalized with banning.
Videos that have not had views for 1 year or more and are not monetized will be automatically deleted.
Content creators have complete freedom of creation, as long as it is within the community's theme.
Any profile whose identification photograph does not clearly express the person's face and characteristics and/or does not correspond to the videos published as yours will be banned from the platform. Financial gains from participating in videos from other creators will be returned to the platform for investment in security.

All videos are priced in USD but are sold in µBTC; the reference value always remains in USD.
The application automatically updates the values in µBTC to maintain the reference to USD.
Once the payment is made, the amount received in BTC will be maintained until the amounts are distributed to the creators.
Between the first and fifth days of each month, the change in the BTC receipt key will be inactive for all processing and distribution of amounts to the creators; changes to the receipt key must always be made on the remaining days.
The platform is not responsible for any provision of incorrect keys or technical issues in the execution of orders on the blockchain and, therefore, lost amounts will not be refunded.
The distribution of earnings to the creators will always be made between the 2nd and 5th of each month.
All purchases must be settled immediately; if not, the user will be blocked for 72 hours from making any other purchases.
Until the entire processing of the BTC transfer is completed, the purchased videos will not be available. The system itself is responsible for carrying out periodic checks to see if the transfer was completed successfully.
Once the transfer is complete, the purchased videos will be available in the Collection folder and the tool for making new payments will be reactivated.
Amounts received that are significantly different from the amounts of the purchased videos or that were only partially paid within 72 hours will all be converted to maintain the platform and the videos will not be available.
For significant purchase amounts that are not received, the user may propose to Support that the refund be made on the date the funds are distributed to the creators, providing a Bitcoin receipt key. However, the user must be aware that authorization may not be granted and, even if not authorized, it is impossible to refund the full amount paid due to the Bitcoin mining fees charged for each transaction.
In order to serve the Brazilian public and seek to integrate them more strongly into the underground martial arts environment, the country's electronic payment method, PIX, will also be used.
All payments via PIX will be made in local currency - BRL - and, once made effective by the system, will be distributed to creators in BRL as well.
Until the end of the period, the best exchange rate for Bitcoins will be sought for the conversion of BRL, and this objective may or may not be successful.
Once the results of the period have been closed, and the volume of BRL converted into BTC volume is known, the effective conversion rate will be calculated to be used to convert creators' earnings from BRL to BTC.
All creators are aware that this attempt to manage exchange rates may ultimately result in unfavorable results, and accept these consequences.

The undisputed commission of illegal practices under Brazilian law will result in the banning not only of the reported video, but also of the profile of its owner and all of its content. Any financial gains related to the banned profile will be returned to the platform itself for investment and security improvements.
In the event that it is debatable whether or not the illegal practice occurred, a penalty of reducing the number of views will be applied in order to lower the content search results, but this will not result in a ban.
In very realistic videos without insertions that demonstrate the consensus and friendship between the participants, this will be considered as true violence content and will therefore be punished by a ban.
Users who do not submit a real profile photo, with a clear definition of their facial features, or whose photo does not systematically correspond to the person appearing in the videos, will be banned.
Users who use the platform as a means of distributing hate speech, or who exhibit anti-social, discriminatory, homophobic or racist behavior, will have their profiles and videos banned.
